Job Title: Academic Colorectal Surgeon Company: Tufts Medical Center Location: Boston, MA Description: The Department of Surgery, Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery, at Tufts Medical Center is seeking candidates for a full-time faculty position to support its expansion of clinical and academic activities in the Boston, MA, area. We are looking for an individual with strong clinical and academic capabilities. Academic rank will be at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor, depending on experience and academic productivity. The candidate must have completed approved residencies in general surgery and colorectal surgery and have completed board certification in both. Candidates with 3 to 10 years of clinical experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities will include building a general colorectal surgical practice, developing an academic research program, and participating in the teaching activities of the Division and the Department of Surgery.
