KRC.1116.0504.04C Family Physician without OB for 20-bed Critical Access Hospital with five Rural Health Clinics. Hospital Services include: Acute, Intermediate, Swing, ER, Radiology (MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Bone Density, Mammography & X-Ray), Respiratory Therapy, Telemedicine, Laboratory Services, Case Management, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Nutrition Therapy, Wellness Center, Outpatient Services with four Rural Health Clinics, 14+ Outpatient Clinics, etc.
We are looking for a physician to join our established practice with currently 3 Physicians, 2 Physician Assistants, and 2 Nurse Practitioners on staff. One of our physicians is seeking to reduce his hours and eventually retire.
Salary is negotiable with an annual renewable contract. Structure/Incentives to include Loan reimbursement, Sign-on Bonus, Alternate Social Security Program, Support while in Residency, Base Salary with Quality Incentives and Production Incentives. Most likely will work primarily at the Rural Health Clinic and the hospital. May at times choose to fill in at one of the surrounding clinic locations.
