PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• We are looking for a patient-centered Endocrinologist to join our team (2 Adult Endocrinologists: one in Duluth, MN, and one in Ashland, WI, 1 Pediatric Endocrinologist, 8 NP/PAs in Duluth, MN, and 1 NP in Ashland, WI, and 18 additional staff).

• Great position for work/life balance .

• Inpatient coverage at Essentia Health- St. Marys Medical Center, a 3 44 -bed tertiary care hospital, Level I Adult Trauma Center -or- Essentia Health-Duluth, a 165-bed hospital both located on the same connected campus .

• Call is in effect for providers during office business hours only and triaged through our RN team first. An NP/PA team covers all hospital glucose management .

• C apability to apply and analyze latest diabetes related devices includi ng pumps, sensors , and meters .

• Primarily outpatient practice : Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

• Some outreach p ossible .

• No evening, weekend, or holiday call.

• Patient volume/day: 10 -15 .

REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE in Endocrinology , or

• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with a strong interest in Diabetes care.

• 150 miles north of the north of Minneapolis/St. Paul

COMPENSATION

• $291,387 for BC/BE Endocrinologist . Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
