Job Opportunity: Medical Director for Tele-Mental Health Practice

We are looking for an experienced Medical Director to oversee the clinical operations of a thriving, remote tele-mental health practice. This leadership role involves managing patient care, ensuring compliance with medical regulations, and guiding the clinical development of our services. As a base pay plus profit-share position, this role offers flexibility and significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the clinical aspects of patient care, ensuring high standards are met and regulatory compliance is maintained.

• Provide clinical leadership, guiding healthcare professionals in best practices and ensuring quality treatment protocols.

• For mental health specialists: Conduct tele-therapy sessions with patients (optional), and prescribe or renew medications within your scope of practice as needed.

• Collaborate with a dedicated management team who handles marketing, billing, collections, and all operational responsibilities.

• Lead clinical development initiatives to improve patient outcomes, while contributing to the overall growth of the practice.

• Review and ensure the accuracy and compliance of medical records in line with legal and medical standards.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through ongoing training and development for the clinical team.

• Evaluate new medical technologies and treatment protocols to maintain the highest level of care.
