Family Medicine Physician Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Franklin, Virginia

A facility is seeking a physician for locum tenens coverage.
Franklin, VA is a city in southeastern Virginia, located in the Tidewater region near the North Carolina border. It's known for its agricultural history, particularly its role as a major center for agricultural trade and transportation along the Blackwater River. It also has a strong manufacturing sector and is considered an economic hub for the southwestern part of Hampton Roads.
This is an outpatient family medicine position seeing 2025 patients per day, ages 16 and up. There are no physicians in the office, but one mid-level provider will be on site. The locum will not be responsible for supervising staff, responding to codes, or providing ED backup. The clinic has two exam rooms, on-site blood draw services, and uses EPIC for documentation. No OB care is required, and general outpatient procedures for adults and teens are expected.
