Highlights of the Opportunity

• Daytime only position
• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for Guthrie RPH Hospitalist program
• 7 on / 7 off
• Ensure staffing of all shifts with 24/7 coverage
• 3-5 years Hospitalist experience in complex medical center preferred
• 0.8 Clinical / 0.2 Administrative
• $313,500+ annual compensation
• 1 Week PTO
• Closed ICU at Level I Trauma Center
• EPIC electronic health system integrated throughout Guthrie's network
• Paid relocation and starting bonus

A 254-bed tertiary care referral center, Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA, has received numerous national awards for the high-quality care it provides to patients. The hospital is the region's only Level I Trauma Center, accredited by the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation, and is served by Guthrie Air, a regional aeromedical helicopter program.
