OB/GYN Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Egg Harbor, NJ

An award winning health system that is state of the art is seeking an OB/GYN for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Egg Harbor, New Jersey.
This opportunity is for a busy OB/GYN practice averaging 25 to 30 scheduled patients per day, supported by 8 physicians and 20 APPs. Each physician is assisted by a medical assistant, and the number of exam rooms varies by location. There is no onsite lab or ultrasound. The practice consists of approximately 50% low-risk pregnancy and 50% GYN, with an average of 3 to 4 GYN surgeries per day and around 35% of patients requiring C-sections. The facility averages 6 nursery admissions per day, with a Level 3 nursery and a Level 2 trauma designation. Providers must be board certified, and candidates needing to obtain a state license will be considered. Required procedures include management of both low- and high-risk pregnancies, complicated deliveries, C-sections, VBACs, surgical gynecology (including laparoscopic and operative procedures), routine deliveries, and a variety of office-based gynecologic procedures. The estimated credentialing timeframe is approximately two months.
