Gastroenterologist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Fort Myers, Florida

A facility in Fort Myers, FL is looking for a locum tenens Gastroenterologist to assist with coverage starting as soon as August 6th.
In Fort Myers, Florida, soak up the sun on the beautiful beaches of Sanibel Island, renowned for shelling and wildlife.
The job involves working as a GI Inpatient Hospitalist, handling consults, follow-ups, and performing scopes. The expected patient volume is 10-20 per day. The role requires proficiency in colonoscopy, endoscopy, and ERCP, and is supported by advanced practitioners and hospital staff. An endoscopy unit with a full team is available for additional support. Candidates must be board-certified and hold an active FL license. Privileges can be completed in 30 days.
