Join a well-established and growing women's health practice in the Greater Columbus area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a BC/BE OB/GYN to step into a full-scope, supportive, and well-resourced setting with outstanding earning potential and lifestyle flexibility.

Practice Highlights:

• $400,000 base salary + wRVU productivity model
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• 1:6 call schedule - $1,500/day call pay
• 1 OR day + 3 clinic days per week
• Comprehensive onsite services: Ultrasounds, NST, and full lab
• Strong support from experienced mid-levels, midwives, and doulas
