BC/BE General Urologist Opportunity - Meridian, Mississippi

Baptist Medical Group - Anderson Physician Alliance is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a hospital employed practice at Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center, a 260 bed hospital in Meridian, Mississippi. This opportunity is supported by a well established referral network and strong community demand, offering a ready made practice with immediate clinical volume.

Over the past year, the practice recorded 9,000+ patient visits. Patients are currently booked out until end of the Summer.

Position Highlights

• Join a well established General urology practice alongside an experienced, established Urologist
• Robust clinical support with 3 APPs, a dedicated clinic manager, and full ancillary staff
• Modern clinic space including 7 exam rooms, 1 treatment room, private physician offices, and dedicated workstations
• Flexible clinic and OR scheduling to support work life balance
• On campus cancer center with 4 medical oncologists and 1 radiation oncologist
• Shared call coverage with established provider
• EPIC EMR with DAX AI dictation

Hospital & Surgical Resources

• Single hospital coverage at a 260 bed, Level III Trauma Center
• 14 operating rooms and 2 Da Vinci Xi robotic systems
• Dedicated cystoscopy room/table and dedicated X Ray technologist
• Access to laser, lithotripsy, and MRI fusion biopsy technology
• Strong patient demand, with appointments currently booking into early August

• High earning potential with compensation estimated at $800K+ annually
