Summary
Base salary for a call-taking generalist is $460,000, plus an additional $50,000 sign-on bonus and $40,000 general call stipend.
Compensation of $600,000 includes $460,000 base salary, general call stipend $40,000; and picking up one Saturday 24--hour call per month, which is $7,200 per call ($86,400 annually). Also will include a $50,000 sign on bonus.
- Weekend call not required! But available for additional compensation
Extra call can be taken and is paid at $250-$290/hour.
Benefits package available through LifeBridge Health system including, but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, disability, tuition reimbursement, reimbursement for CME, credentialing license renewals, memberships, etc. 8 weeks paid vacation and up to $30,000/year employer contributions towards retirement.
LifeBridge Metropolitan Anesthesia was formed to provide general, pediatric, and cardio-thoracic anesthesia services at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore as well as other care centers within the greater Baltimore region. Sinai Hospital is located in the northwestern section of Baltimore City by the Pimlico Racetrack, home of the Preakness Festival.
Sinai Hospital is a full-service non-profit acute care hospital providing a wide array of medical and surgical services to its patients. Sinai Hospital is a Level II Trauma Center and a teaching hospital with residency programs in general surgery, orthopedic surgery, ophthalmology, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine, pediatrics and physical medicine and rehabilitation. Surgical services include: general surgery, general/subspecialty orthopedic surgery, general/subspecialty gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, cardiac, thoracic, spine, dental, ophthalmologic, oncological, trauma, and robotic surgery.
