Pediatric trained anesthesiologists would have privileges at both Rady Children's OC and St. Joseph Hospital Orange, an adult full service hospital sharing the same campus. Excellent relationship with surgeons and nurses. Group also staffs multiple surgery centers throughout Orange County. Two years to partnership. All MD/DO Private Practice. Largely doing your own cases but also supervising University of California Irvine CA-2s and CA-3s at the children's hospital. Have plans to start a pediatric anesthesiology fellowship with UCI in the very near future. The group has traditionally had everyone do an even mix of peds and adults. However, we are easily able to tailor scheduling such that 80% peds is possible. Vacation up to 10 weeks. Income $500k+ just doing the minimum work assigned but seven-figure income possible based on RVU production.
