Youll join a growing specialty team at a Critical Access Hospital in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon, equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools including onsite Echo, EKG, and Stress testing. This is an excellent opportunity to build a meaningful practice and make a significant impact on cardiac health in the community while enjoying an exceptional outdoor lifestyle and work-life balance Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality outpatient and consultative inpatient cardiovascular care Perform and interpret non-invasive studies including echocardiograms, stress tests, and EKG/Holter monitoring Manage long-term cardiac conditions for the local population Supervision of stress testing in the co-located Respiratory Therapy department Interpretation of cardiac imaging, ECGs, and device interrogation reports Management of implantable cardiac devices Perform minor procedures including implantation/removal of loop recorders, cardioversion, and TEE Partner with primary care providers and the hospitalist team to ensure seamless transitions of care Help shape the future of cardiac services within a growing rural healthcare system Qualifications Medical Degree (MD) or DO from an accredited school. Completion of an accredited Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship. Active, unrestricted State Medical License. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality respiratory care in a community-oriented environment.
