Additional Job Description:
WVUHS Medical Group and the Department of Emergency Medicine seeks an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our community emergency medicine practice in the Southern Region. The locations include both Thomas Memorial Hospital in South Charleston, West Virginia and Camden Clark Memorial Center in Parkersburg, WV.

Qualifications: Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license. Successful candidate must have completed an accredited emergency/internal/family medicine residency program. Successful candidates must be board certified / eligible via a recognized board within ABMS. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment. Travel to both sites is required.
Location: West Virginias capital city is perfectly positioned at the confluence of the Kanawha and Elk rivers. Its also where three major interstates converge, making it a highly accessible destination for visitors looking for an affordable getaway. Charleston boasts the history youd expect of a capital city, but a growing arts scene and its riverside position makes it a hub for recreation and culture, too.
