Qualifications:

Education Graduate of an accredited school of medicine

Completion of an accredited residency program

Fellowship training (for applicable specialties)

Licensure / Certification Board certified or board eligible in respective specialty

Current MD/DO license (or eligibility) in South Carolina

DEA license
