Position Overview

An outpatient community health center in Hermitage, MO is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a locum assignment with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients across the lifespan (primarily adults)
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Manage patient panels with a focus on continuity of care, preventative medicine, and long-term health outcomes
• Collaborate closely with Nurse Practitioners and interdisciplinary clinical staff to support coordinated care delivery
• Utilize MediTech Expanse for documentation, care coordination, and patient management
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records
• Educate patients on preventative care, treatment plans, and long-term wellness strategies

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required
• Active Missouri medical license required (or ability to obtain)
• BLS certification required
• DEA and CSR required
• Experience with MediTech Expanse EMR required
• Minimum 1 year of physician experience required
