Job Description:

A full-time opportunity is available for an Emergency Medicine Physician to provide care across two hospital settings. This role involves delivering high-quality emergency care in both a larger regional medical center and a smaller community hospital, offering a diverse clinical experience. Physicians will work alongside a strong team with consistent Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support, ensuring efficient and patient-centered care in a collaborative environment focused on safety and clinical excellence.

Shift / Schedule:

Full-time position

Rotating shifts across two hospital locations

Daily support from Physician Assistants and/or Nurse Practitioners

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages and acuity levels

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries

Perform emergency procedures as needed in a fast-paced clinical environment

Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary teams

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Adhere to clinical protocols, safety standards, and quality initiatives

Participate in shift coverage across both hospital locations

Respond effectively to high-volume and critical care situations

Requirements:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine

Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license

Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
