Part-time / Full-time Pediatrician (FQHC)

Yehowa Medical Services, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced part-time or full-time Pediatrician to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. As a Pediatrician at our clinic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to infants, children, and adolescents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Conduct physical exams, evaluate patients' medical histories, and make recommendations for treatment plans.
• Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, including infections, injuries, and developmental disorders.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, X-rays, and other imaging studies.
• Counsel patients and their families on issues related to growth and development, nutrition, and health promotion.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, social workers, and psychologists, to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Current and valid medical license in the state of practice.
• Board certification in Pediatrics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Pediatrician.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with electronic medical records.
