Family Practice Physician

Responsible for the health care management and provision of health care services to patients consistent with standard medical practices. Services include but are not limited to: Preventative care, Immunizations, Primary Care and Treatment, Health Education, Prescribing of Medications, Ordering and Interpreting Lab Testing, Physical Examinations, Vision/Hearing, Women's Health, Family Planning, Prenatal Services, and Nutrition.
