About Us

Greeley County Health Services is a progressive, modern rural healthcare system serving five counties. Our system includes:

• 25-bed Critical Access Hospital

• 16-Bed Long Term Care Unit

• Two rural health clinics in Tribune & Sharon Springs

• Recently renovated facility with advanced technology

• Supportive tenure team of physicians, mid-level providers, nursing staff

The Opportunity

As a Family Medicine Physician, you'll practice the full spectrum of rural care across clinic, ER, Inpatient, and Swing Bed Settings.

• 4-day clinic week (10-12 patients/day)

• Travel between Tribune and Sharon Springs Clinics as needed

• Emergency Department sees ~ roughly four (4) patients per day

• Inpatient census: ~2-4/day

• Perform procedures like line placement, intubation, and critical care stabilization

• EMR: Lunar Health

• Collaborative care with General Surgery, Pain Management, HemOnc, and more

• Opportunities to teach and mentor medical students and APPs

What We're Looking For

• Family Medicine Physician (KS license required; CO license ideal)

• BE/BC

• Open to new grads and experienced physicians

• Strong interest in rural critical access care

• Team-oriented, community-minded, and willing to jump-in where needed

• ACLS, ATLS, PALS - Required

Compensation & Perks

• $330K + Sign-on Bonus
