This facility is a well-established medical center serving the McMinnville community and surrounding areas. The hospital features a 40-bed department with Level 3 trauma designation and Level 1 pediatric services, providing comprehensive care to patients throughout the Willamette Valley region.

Opportunity:
Physician - Hospitalist, Nocturnist

Job Details:
Night hospitalist position with 12-hour shifts from 6PM to 6AM
Manage 15-18 patient encounters per shift
Provide inpatient care with ICU coverage
Perform non-invasive ventilation management
Handle ventilation management for both acute and chronic cases
Preferred skills include intubation, chest tube placement, arterial line placement, PA catheter placement, PICC line placement
EKG interpretation, cardiac stress test, and echocardiogram experience preferred
Work with 24-hour support services including anesthesia, general surgery, laboratory, orthopedic surgery, and radiology
Must be board certified or board eligible
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Oregon medical license required (no IMLC accepted)
Credentialing timeframe approximately 60 days

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
