Dates : As soon as credentialed
Availability : ideally a 7 day stretch to cover clinic and weekend call
License : AR license required
EMR System : MediTech
Additional Details : Providers who can supervise APP Providers are PREFERRED but not Required
Credentialing : 15 days to credential with a clean background
