What You'll Need to Succeed: Proven clinical skills in outpatient family medicine and women's health OB and surgical OB experience preferred Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically Cerner CommunityWorks Ability to manage a patient load of 16-18 daily appointments Licensing: Oregon license and DEA preferred at application Relevant certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, with recent OB delivery experience (minimum 10 deliveries in past 24 months) and proficiency in cesarean sections (30 total) Nice to Have: Additional procedural skills such as suturing, joint injections, colposcopies, and toenail removals Previous experience in prenatal care and deliveries Flexibility to work collaboratively with MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs on site Preferred Education & Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution At least 3-5 years of primary care or family medicine experience, including OB/GYN procedures Additional Requirements: OB call of 1:3 Willingness to undergo credentialing which typically takes 3-6 months Ability to provide three professional references Open to local candidates with mileage reimbursement or willing to travel with travel and lodging covered based on policy Our compensation rate is $174.14 per hour, complemented by competitive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick time, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral program.
