Required Skills Active and unrestricted medical license in Oregon Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (BC) Valid DEA license BLS certification Proven experience managing inpatient obstetric and gynecologic cases Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Skills Prior experience in a locum or temporary position Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Ability to adapt to varying shift schedules and on-call responsibilities Additional certifications or training in fetal monitoring or high-risk obstetrics Preferred Education and Experience Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum 3 years of practicing OB-GYN in a hospital or clinic setting Recent case logs from the past 24 months demonstrating active clinical involvement Other Requirements Availability for 12-hour or 24-hour shifts, including night and day coverage Willingness to work at least 3-5 shifts per month Onsite sleeping accommodations available for 24-hour shifts Must pass credentialing process, which takes approximately 90 days Local candidates are highly preferred to facilitate smooth onboarding and continuity of care Take this opportunity to advance your career while providing vital women's health services in a collaborative, supportive environment.
