Locums - Northern New Hampshire - OB/GYN Job

• Locum license available
• Paid orientation required one business day prior to first shift
• Coverage needed: December 21, 2026 (8:00 AM) - December 28, 2026 (8:00 AM)
• Holiday coverage includes:
  • Christmas Eve: 3:00 PM - 11:59 PM
  • Christmas Day: 24-hour coverage
• 24/7 call coverage during assignment (unless otherwise noted)

• OB/GYN call (outpatient, ED consults, inpatient)
• OB/GYN clinic and prenatal clinic coverage
• Surgery (primary surgeon or assistant)
• Labor management and inpatient rounds

• Clinic: Typically 1-2 times per week (occasionally 3)
• Common clinic days: Monday and Wednesday
• Clinic hours: Start at 9:00 AM, 1-3 hours depending on need
• Patient volume: 12 patients per session or 4 per hour
• Case mix: 90% prenatal, 10% GYN

CCFHS Prenatal Clinic (FQHC in Berlin):

• Tuesday: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• 100% prenatal care

• Average 80 deliveries annually
• Occasional scheduled C-sections (typically 8:00 AM cases)
• EMR/CPOE required
• Dictation via Dragon (no traditional dictation)

• Board certified or board eligible OB/GYN
• Neonatal resuscitation certification required
• Clean background and ability to complete credentialing within 2 weeks
• Prior locum experience preferred (2+ completed assignments with positive feedback)
• New Hampshire license (locum or permanent) strongly preferred
• Candidates with multiple weeks availability and minimal travel preferred
