Reason For Coverage : Open shifts need to add to pool

Dates & Required Availability : Open dates for 12 hour days/nights
will need to add to pool coverage for 2024/2025

25-May Saturday (night)
26-May Sunday (day)

1-Jun Saturday (night)
14-Jun Friday (night)
15-Jun Saturday (night)

Credentialing Timeframe : Will grant ER privs. then start full priv. process

Job Details :

Setting: Inpatient
Patient Volume: Average 20 per day
Required Procedures: recent experience in OB and Gyn required
APP Support/Supervision: Midwives
EMR: Cerner
Client Requirements: Board Certification and Covid Vax.
Travel Accommodations: Client will pay all travel. Max $160 hotel per night.

Additional Details :

Pay Rate: $200
Bill Rate: $325
Rate Restrictions: above is 31% or $1243 -know they always push back on rates after they accept. Above is inline with market

Name Clear Process: Must clear name with Kameelah Monroe (will name clear within 24 hours)

Sub Process: send Sub to Kameelah, They will phone screen before starting privs. Please make sure CV is up to date. They will ask questions about recent inpat. expeince and recent case logs.

Client History- only a handful of placements. easy to get temps privs. people have started with temps but only a few have gone through the full process before returning with full privs.
