- Procedures Performed: Radiologic Exam Interpretation, Lumbar Puncture, EEG, Brain Death Examination, Evoked PotentialsKey Requirements
- Licensure: Active Michigan license required at time of name clear
- Required Qualifications: Board Certified in Neurology
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS (NIH Stroke Scale/tPA competency preferred)
- Vaccination Required: Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Flu, Covid, TB, TDAP
