Incentives: $260,000 guaranteed base salary for the first and second years, plus opportunities for additional earnings through production/wRVU incentives. Full benefits including a 403B with a 6% match, loan forgiveness assistance, commencement bonus, residency stipend (if applicable), and relocation allowance.
CME: $4,250 annual allowance plus 5 dedicated CME days

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
