Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician to oversee the health center operations. The primary responsibilities include managing medical examinations, integrating business partners, and supporting wellness initiatives at the site. Key Responsibilities Overall Health Center Operation oversight responsibility (management, programs, compliance, and personnel) Direct report support and management Medical Examinations Disability/WC management Integrate with Business Partners (Connection to the business) Responsible for the site Emergency Response Program Support Wellness/Wellbeing initiatives at the site Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree required Board certification in a medical specialty required, preferably in occupational medicine. Board certification in emergency medicine, internal medicine, and family medicine are also acceptable. Valid medical license in the State(s) of practice Experience Five or more years plant medical and supervisory experience Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment Skills Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others Occupational Health, ER, Urgent Care, Family Medicine Schedule/Shift Monday-Friday 8am-5pm * We will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance (FCIHO), Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers (ULAC), The San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance (FCO), and the California Fair Chance Act (CFCA).
