Emergency Medicine Physician - Per Diem/FT - Dallas, OR

We are looking for a BE/BC EM physician to work per diem, part-time and/or full-time

We are located in the Pacific Northwest; Exact location is in Dallas, Oregon at Salem Health West Valley Hospital. This is about a 1 hour drive south of Portland or 20 minutes west of Salem.

• Shifts are 12 hours (7-7), single physician coverage with 10 hours of APP coverage (12-10pm daily)

• Rate is $321/hour, this is a 1099 contract

• Volume over the past few months is approximately ~60 patients/24 hours

• EPIC EMR with Dragon for dictation

We are a critical access hospital, but Salem Health's main Hospital is 20 minutes away and accepts vast majority of transfers without issues.

Have recently been contracted through SEPS (The Salem Emergency Physician group at Salem Hospital in Salem OR) who are very supportive of our needs.
