Pulmonologist Physician Outpatient based, Open to candidates with fellowships We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pulmonologist Physician to join an established single-specialty practice. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work alongside a board-certified Pulmonary/Critical Care physician and a mid-level provider. The practice focuses on delivering comprehensive outpatient pulmonary care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outpatient consultations and manage a diverse range of pulmonary conditions. Perform bronchoscopies and other related procedures within the hospital setting. Option to precept and mentor medical students and residents. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure continuity of care. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM No on-call duties required for pulmonology. State-of-the-art medical education center with simulation labs. Qualifications: Completion or near completion of an Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonology fellowship. Board-certified or board-eligible with certification expected within five years if eligible. Eligible for a Georgia medical license or via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact. Conditions and Procedures Managed: Asthma, Bronchitis, COPD, Emphysema, and other chronic respiratory conditions. Interstitial Lung Disease, Lung Cancer, Sarcoidosis. Occupational lung disease and sleep disorders such as sleep apnea. Management of chronic cough and shortness of breath.
