Hematology/Oncology Physician

Summary of Work:

• Seeing general hematology and oncology patients across a broad range of diagnoses.
• Working with APPs and other team members.
• Responding to in basket questions/concerns through Epic EMR.
• Taking phone calls from outside providers regarding patients known and unknown to the practice.
• About 10-15 patients per/day with a mix of new and follow up visits.
• Bone marrow biopsies optional as performed by APPs.

Clinical Requirements:

• Comfort with benign hematology as we do receive a significant volume of these referrals.

Schedule:

• Tuesday-Friday, 8-hour days
• Weekend Coverage: No
• Call Coverage: No

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified in Oncology and/or Hematology, or Both REQUIRED
• Active ME License or Active IMLC - REQUIRED
• EPIC Experience - REQUIRED
• NPDB pulled within 30-days of presentation- REQUIRED
