Required Skills: Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Pediatrics or Family Medicine with pediatric experience Active Washington State medical license and DEA registration Proficiency in the EPIC electronic medical record system Ability to start patient care within 3 days after orientation Strong multitasking skills to manage high-volume, fast-paced outpatient clinics Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity, with willingness to work with vulnerable populations Nice to Have Skills: Bilingual abilities, especially in languages spoken by the local community Prior experience working in community health or with migrant and refugee populations Familiarity with interpretative services and culturally competent care strategies Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution At least 1 year of clinical outpatient experience preferred, with a background working in community clinics or similar settings Other Requirements: Availability to start by June 15, 2026, with credentialing completed within 2-3 weeks Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch Willingness to travel for onboarding and certification as needed; travel expenses covered by the employer COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required to ensure safety for patients and staff Must have a clean malpractice record and no adverse background reports This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to improving community health while enjoying competitive pay at $125.97/hour, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing support.
