The focus is on fairness, flexibility, and creating a sustainable practice where physicians are supported in both their clinical work and their lives outside the OR. With five hospitals and three ambulatory surgery centers located in close proximity, physicians benefit from clinical variety, schedule flexibility, and operational stability while maintaining meaningful control over their day-to-day practice Compensation & Incentives Competitive compensation model 5% annual quality incentive $100,000 sign-on bonus Additional $100,000 retention incentive paid over four years ( $25,000 annually ) 10 weeks of vacation Comprehensive benefits package including retirement, pension, malpractice coverage, CME, and relocation support What Physicians Value About This Practice Equitable physician pick system allowing anesthesiologists to select daily assignments - creating a true private practice feel within a stable employed model Balanced practice structure with approximately 50% personally performed cases and 50% medical direction supervising CRNAs Broad and diverse case mix including OB, neuro, vascular, orthopedics, regional, spine, uro/gyn, healthy pediatrics, and general surgery Optional involvement in teaching, quality initiatives, leadership, and departmental development Collaborative department of more than 50 anesthesiologists with stable leadership and consistently low turnover No non-compete clauses or exclusivity requirements Call & Schedule Structure The department prioritizes predictability, fairness, and post-call recovery to support long-term sustainability in practice. PAY RANGE: $400,000.00 - $600,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
