JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active unrestricted Indiana Medical License; Indiana CSR; DEA with IN address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4

Board: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine through ABMS/AOA

DEA: Active DEA required

Certifications:

- BE in EM: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS required

- BC in EM: ACLS, BLS, PALS required and proof of having ATLS at least once

Experience: Completed Emergency Medicine residency

Other Qualifications:

- Documentation of case logs for the past 2 years

- CME Attestation Form completion during application process

- Current Flu, TB, COVID immunization documentation

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide emergency medical care in a moderate-to-high acuity Emergency Department

Collaborate within a team-based care model

Work alongside APPs and specialty consultants

Perform emergency procedures including moderate sedation

Deliver efficient, patient-centered emergency car
