Local Team Collaboration:
Join our close-knit team of 2 physicians and 4 APPs at Piedmont Macon Northside.
Work alongside one APP hospitalist during the day, rounding on an average of 18 patients/day.
Qualifications:
Board eligible or board certified FM or IM as per ABMS.
Comfortable running codes and rapid with open ICU with a tele-intensivist.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
12-hour day shifts with a day rounding APP.
Key Responsibilities:
See a wide variety of diseases while still having specialists available in a small community-based hospital.
Work in coordination with a tele-intensivist running codes and rapid but not responsible for doing procedures.
Utilize EPIC with Dragon for efficient dictation and access to our internal informatics platform for streamlined workflow and communication.

Rewards and Compensation:
Compensation: $300,000/year with productivity incentive.
