Primary Care Physician, Concierge

A growing, physician-led healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a concierge-style practice focused on preventive and longevity medicine .

This full-time opportunity offers a highly personalized care model with smaller patient panels, extended visit times, and strong operational support , allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care.

• Manage a dedicated patient panel with a focus on personalized, preventive care
• Conduct extended, in-depth patient consultations and assessments
• Develop individualized care plans centered on long-term health and wellness
• Utilize advanced diagnostics, testing, and health data to guide treatment decisions
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on care protocols and best practices
• Maintain responsive communication and high-touch patient engagement

• MD with residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Board-certified or board-eligible
• Minimum 5+ years of post-residency clinical experience preferred
• Active or eligible for state medical licensure
• Strong interest in preventive, longevity, and patient-centered care
• Comfortable leveraging technology and data-driven healthcare tools

• Base salary starting at $300K with significant performance-based upside
• Total compensation potential up to $550K+
• Smaller patient panel (approx. 150 patients max)
