• Collaborative, Physician-Centered Team: Providers and staff work seamlessly to protect physician time, maintain smooth patient flow, and support one another day-to-day.
• Exceptional Support & Onboarding: New providers receive hands-on mentorship, co-surgery support, and a welcoming environment that encourages questions and growth.
• Innovative & Proactive Practice: Physicians actively collaborate to introduce new procedures and improve care delivery, with leadership aligned around enhancing the patient experience.

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school, with completion of an appropriate residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible, with eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Oregon
• Eligible for and able to maintain active medical staff membership in good standing, with all associated privileges and responsibilities
• Demonstrated clinical competence in the care of specialty-specific patient populations
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues in both routine and complex situations
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and patient-centered care
• Bilingual language skills preferred
