Otolaryngology Physician

We are seeking a Full time BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join a well-established ENT practice in Northwest Indiana, working alongside experienced partners and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Position Highlights:

• Established ENT group with two physicians and three advanced practice providers
• Balanced schedule: 3 clinic days and 2 dedicated OR days per week
• Average outpatient volume of 20 patients per day
• Shared call coverage (1:3)
• Strong, experienced clinical support staff
• Well-established practice with steady referral base
• EPIC-based EMR for inpatient and outpatient care
• Focus on comprehensive ENT care and long-term patient relationships
