Practice Setting and Clinical Scope
This position offers an engaging mix of clinical and surgical responsibilities. Physicians will manage an average caseload of 20-30 patients per day in the clinic and perform surgeries at multiple state-of-the-art facilities within the healthcare system. With a broad referral base and minimal competition, you will provide comprehensive ENT services with the support of a comprehensive audiology team and other subspecialties such as Allergy, Endocrinology, and Neurosurgery. This role also includes the option to engage in teaching activities with medical students and advanced practice trainees.
Schedule and Assignment Details
The typical workweek includes three days in the clinic (approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and two days dedicated to surgical procedures, allowing for a balanced blend of patient interaction and hands-on surgical work. The call schedule involves backup call only, supported by Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who cover primary calls. While weekend requirements are minimal, the schedule supports a physician-friendly lifestyle.

Qualifications

- Clean malpractice record and current NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days of application.
