Gastroenterologist - No Call High Earning Potential
Join a leading, physician-led GI group seeking a f ull-time Gastroenterologist to support continued growth in Rockville, Maryland. Position Highlights:
Join a leading, physician-led GI group seeking a f ull-time Gastroenterologist to support continued growth in Rockville, Maryland. Enjoy a lifestyle-friendly schedule (8 AM - 4 PM) with no call, robust clinical support, and top-tier compensation. This is an ideal opportunity for both experienced GIs and new grads who are looking for a high-volume, patient-focused environment with a clear partnership track.
Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient
- No call (no nights/weekends/on-call responsibilities)
- Scoping days: 14 procedures Clinic days: 20 patients
- 12 mid-levels & 14 physicians across the group
- EMR: G-Med (Modernizing Medicine)
- All major insurances accepted
- Base salary : Mid $500Ks+ for new grads Up to $600K+ for experienced
- Long-term earning potential : $700K - $1M+
- Productivity-based RVU bonus
- Partnership track available (terms discussed during interview)
- BCBS health, dental, and vision (w/coverage employer for family)
- Generous PTO
- CME annual allowance with time-off
- 401K/403B with 3.5% match
- Malpractice covered
- Licensing fees covered
