• Clinic: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

• Surgery: Thursday

• Call Coverage: Monday Sunday

• Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM 7:00 PM; exact times TBD)

• Practice Type: General Otolaryngology (Surgical & Non-Surgical)

• Trauma Level: II

• Coverage Type: Scheduled + On-Call

• Solo Coverage (no APPs)

• EMR: Epic

• Support Staff: 2 LPNs (no APPs)

• Patient Population:

  • 60% Adult

  • 40% Pediatric

  • 1% Trauma

• Outpatient vs. Inpatient: 80% outpatient/20% inpatient surgical

• Surgeries & Procedures Include:

  • Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, PE Tubes

  • Laryngoscopy

  • Tracheostomy

  • Allergy Desensitization

  • Hearing Evaluations

• Board Certified or Board Eligible: Yes

• State License: Required (willing to review licensing candidates)

• DEA: Required

• EMR Experience: Epic preferred

• Experience Level: General ENT surgical proficiency required
