General Cardiology in Grants Pass, Oregon
Partnership Within One Year Up to $745K No Weekday Night Call
A physician-led private cardiology group in Southern Oregon's Rogue Valley is adding a cardiologist to a stable, growing practice where partnership is not a distant promise (it typically happens within the first year) . The schedule is structured, the call is light, and the setting is the kind of place people move to on purpose.
Practice Details
- Established private cardiology group with a regional EP, interventional, and structural heart program already in place
- Fast partnership and ownership track, typically within year one
- Opportunity to participate in innovative care initiatives based on your interests
- J-1 and H-1B visa candidates encouraged to apply
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with no weekday night call
- Light call rotation with additional compensation provided for call coverage
- Schedule built around long-term sustainability and physician well-being
Compensation & Benefits
- Total annual compensation up to $745,000 with partnership, with a $550,000 starting associate salary
- Competitive $75,000 signing and retention bonus
