Emergency Medicine Physician

We are in search of locum tenens Emergency Medicine Physicians to assist a hospital in Northern Wisconsin. If you are looking to add additional shifts each month, this may be the job for you! Travel or lodging accommodations or reimbursements may be offered if eligible. There are beautiful ski and golf resorts nearby that you can visit for some downtime too!

Details

• Setting: emergency medicine department in Northern Michigan (Iron Mountain, MI)
  
  • No trauma designation
  • Annual volume: 20K
  • Hospitalists will do admissions
• Schedule: 7p-7a, 6a-2p, 1p-9a
  • 8 or more shifts required per month
• Start: 60 days to credential

Required

• Current ABEM/AOBEM certification
• Active DEA
• Current BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS (must be through the AHA)
• Active MI license or an IMLC will be accepted
• No pending malpractice claims

Compensation

• Receive a weekly paycheck - competitive pay
• Travel/lodging accommodations can be covered if eligible
• 100% of malpractice insurance covered
