Physician - Corrections

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Physician to work at a facility in Eddyville , KY. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $204.33 / hour
*1099

Shift Details :

• day (8 hour shift)
• 13 week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients" physical health through examinations and diagnostic procedures
• Provide and oversee documentation, outside referrals, consultations, and follow-ups
• Offer clinical oversight and support to ARNPs, including care provision and documentation review
• Perform minor medical procedures such as sutures, IV placement, and lumbar puncture
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff and provide education to patients and families

Qualifications & Requirements

EDUCATION

• Medical doctorate (MD) or doctor of osteopathy (DO) from an accredited university

EXPERIENCE

• Two (2) years post-residency clinical experience in an outpatient/inpatient setting
• Psychiatric experience preferred

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

• Licensed in the state of employment
• Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and applicable certifications Board certified or eligible in internal or family medicine
