• $360 per hour
• Start March 2026 and ongoing
• 1 week per month (Sunday through Saturday)
• Mix of clinic hours and Call
• General ENT evaluations and procedures in clinic
• Inpatient consults as needed
• Emergency and after-hours call coverage
• Travel, lodging, paid malpractice
