Job Description
A facility is seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist to provide urgent and ongoing inpatient call coverage . Candidates must be comfortable performing advanced procedures including ERCP and EUS .
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma setting with full hospitalist and intensivist support.
Schedule- 24-hour call shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 AM)
- 5 7 days per month
- Ongoing need into 2027

- Sept
- Nov 7 11
- Nov 30 Dec 5
- Dec
Practice Details- Setting: Inpatient consult service (GI does not admit)
- Procedures:
- ERCP & EUS
- Endoscopy
- GI bleed management
- General GI evaluations
- Volume:
- 8 10 new consults/day
- 5 8 procedures/day
- EMR: Epic
- Support: 24/7 hospitalists, intensivists, and trauma team
- Patient Population: Adult, geriatric, limited adolescent
