ScheduleVaries by location, commonly including:
- Monday Friday daytime clinic coverage
- 4 5 days per week
- No call on select assignments
- Some sites offer flexible scheduling (2 4 days/week options)
- patients per day depending on site and setting
- Medical Oncology and/or Hematology/Oncology outpatient care
- New patient consults and follow-ups
- Treatment planning and ongoing cancer management
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary oncology teams
- Some sites include inpatient consult support (site dependent)
- No required procedures for most assignments
- Some sites may consider provider-specific procedural preferences
EPIC (most locations)
Licensure- Active state license preferred depending on location
- IMLC accepted at select sites (when applicable)
- Multi-state licensure strongly encouraged for faster placement
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (Hematology/Oncology or Medical Oncology)
- BLS required
Seeking experienced Hematology/Oncology and Medical Oncology physicians for ongoing locum opportunities across multiple U.S. locations, including Massachusetts, Montana, and Michigan. Providers will manage outpatient oncology patients in collaborative clinical environments with strong nursing and APP support. These roles offer flexible scheduling, manageable patient volumes, and the opportunity to work within established oncology programs focused on high-quality, patient-centered cancer care.
Ideal Candidate- 2+ years clinical oncology experience preferred
- Strong background in hematology/oncology outpatient management
- Comfortable working in team-based care models
- Excellent communication and patient-centered approach
- Ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
- Mix of hospital-affiliated oncology clinics and cancer centers
- Supportive multidisciplinary teams
- EPIC EMR across most sites
