Vanderbilt Health invites applications for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physicians to join our outpatient primary care clinic in Pleasant View, Tennessee. We seek highly skilled clinicians who are committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care within a collaborative and community-focused practice environment.

Position Summary
The Internal Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for adult patients . The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical acumen, integrity, and a commitment to quality and patient satisfaction while supporting VUMC s mission to advance health through personalized care.

Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Med-Peds
Interest or experience in outpatient primary care
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Commitment to excellence in patient care and quality outcomes

Practice Opportunity Includes
4.5 days per week in clinic with a half-day of dedicated administrative time
Two-year guaranteed salary
Productivity incentives including RVU, Patient Satisfaction, and Quality bonuses
Competitive benefits package including:
CME allowance and CME time
Paid vacation and holidays
403(b) retirement plan with generous employer match (currently 5%)
