Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Medicus has partnered with a leading hospital in eastern West Virginia that has an exclusive opportunity for an OB Hospitalist to provide locum coverage.

This opportunity offers a balanced mix of obstetric and emergent gynecologic care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 24-hour shifts
• Level III NICU, delivering as early as 25 weeks
• Patient Volume: 80-100 deliveries per month, 1,800 OB ED visits annually
• Comfortability with GYN ED cases, including laparoscopic and ectopic pregnancies, is preferred but not required
• Support Staff: Midwives and family medicine OB on backup call, MFM onsite, in-house anesthesia
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
